About the tournament
mini team tournament in bensheim
We play in small teams of at least 3 players (2 men & 1 lady).
But more are also welcome!
We play in the four divisions listed below. According to the Hessian state association, other state associations accordingly.
To help with the classification, please look here.
The classification is based on the highest division of a player in the team.
An Example: Two men play in Bezirksliga A and one woman in Bezirksoberliga.
The team must register in level 2.
In individual cases, we reserve the right to make changes according to the division.

How to put together your team
The mode of the mini team tournament in Bensheim.
A game includes:
Men’s singles
Women’s singles
Men’s doubles
Mixed doubles
This means you need at least one woman and at least two men. Typically, more players are registered so that you can take turns and each player is given a little break.
How to play
tournament mode
We are planning that everyone can play at least 5 games in the mini team tournament in Bensheim. After all, your entry fee should be worth it.
There will be two preliminary round groups with four teams each. In this preliminary round group you will play each team against each other and then the group winners and runners-up will progress to the semi-finals and final. The remaining places will also be played off, so the third and fourth placed teams in the group will also qualify for the consolation semi-finals and play off for places five to eight.
Level 1 and Level 2 on Saturday and Level 3 and Level 4 on Sunday.
What else do you need
Shuttlecocks
Only shuttlecocks of the following categories are permitted at our mini team tournament:
Level 1-3: All natural shuttlecocks approved by the DBV
Level 4: Nylon balls (optional natural feather balls after consultation with the opponent)
We ask all participants and teams to provide sufficient shuttlecocks.
