Deletion periods (or storage period)
The data processed for the purpose of data security will be deleted after one year.
If a registration for the Team Cup Bensheim has been made, the data used will be deleted 10 years after the end of the event. The period begins at the end of the calendar year in which the Team Cup ended, e.g. on 31.12.2024 if the contract ended on 02.04.2024.
Your data will be stored by us until payment processing has been completed. This also includes the period required for the processing of refunds, receivables management and fraud prevention.
